Return
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. You must contact us and obtain a pre approved authorization number prior to sending back. Items must be returned in a new, unused and resalable condition with all parts intact and inside the original packaging. All return shipping costs are paid by purchaser. Your return may be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. When you ship the item back please use FedEx, UPS or a shipper that can be insured and tracking is available. Lost items will not receive a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Back Order
All items are available when placed on our website; however, in the event we have a back order of an item or have any problem with your shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Damaged/Defective Items Payment
We ask that you open and inspect your purchase within 72 hours of receipt and notify us as soon as possible if you discover any damage or defects. Any manufacturer defects and/or damage will either be repaired or replaced at the manufactures’ expense.
We accept payment through Paypal only at this time. PayPal Website Payments allows you, as our customer, to shop and pay securely and easily. You don't even need a PayPal account to make a payment. PayPal doesn’t expose or sell your financial information to merchants and information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). All payments must be made in United States currency.
